Unless otherwise stated in writing, all formal quotations issued by DeckSystems Southern Africa are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Quotations are subject to change following site inspection or revision of project scope.
3.3 Engineering and Technical Advisory
Technical advisory, load calculations, and engineering recommendations provided by DeckSystems Southern Africa are based on information supplied by the client and conditions observed at the time of assessment. The client remains responsible for ensuring that site conditions are accurately communicated and that our recommendations are reviewed and approved by the project’s responsible engineer before implementation.
3.4 Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in the formal quotation or service agreement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due in full prior to delivery of materials or commencement of on-site services. Late payments may attract interest at the applicable commercial rate.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeckSystems Southern Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from the supply of our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or project delay where such delay arises from causes beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total value of the specific service or supply to which the claim relates.

All DeckSystems personnel and systems deployed on client sites operate in compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that site conditions are safe for our personnel prior to and during deployment, and for providing adequate site induction, access, and welfare facilities in accordance with Zimbabwean and applicable SADC health and safety legislation.
